Cherokee Construction, LLC is a Virginia Class A building contractor founded by Chris Salisbury in 2001. Chris has over 15 years of hands-on deck building experience and over 10 years of deck design experience. Chris uses this experience to create a unique design that is customized to each homeowner’s space, style, ideas, and budget.

Cherokee Construction has built a referral based clientele in the Northern Virginia area by impressing our homeowners with unique designs and professional, quality driven carpentry.

Cherokee is familiar with a majority of the Home Owners’ Association regulations in northern Virginia (the DC metro area?). We offer full-services from design to build, including obtaining all HOA approvals, local permits and inspections. We also have relationships with other reputable vendors and can offer references for clients who need fences, landscaping or hardscaping.
